The client was looking to broaden their understanding of the evolving food and confection landscape and identify opportunity areas, that support ideation and innovation to drive new growth for their business through new product ideas and increased resilience in the face of change. 
The Solution
Through market research, a futures scan & secondary research analysis we identified trends and insights in the food and confection markets. We built upon these insights to develop growth platforms which were distinct ideas and opportunity spaces for future products & services. Within each platform we delivered 2-3 drill sites or potential products/projects to utilize the growth platforms.
